Types of Elections in Namibia
 
There are four different types of elections in Namibia which ensure that Namibia remains a democratic state that is truly representative and a servant of the people.
 
1. Presidential elections are held every 5 years for you to vote for the presidential candidate you think is best suited to the presidency.

2. National Assembly elections are held every five years for you to vote for the political party you think will best represent your views in the National Assembly.

3. Regional Council elections are held e very six years for you to vote for the candidate you believe will administer your constituency most capably and effectively.
